Our gite has 4 bedrooms, a salon with adjacent sunroom, a bathroom and is set in a beautiful enclosed garden of 1 hectare with open summerhouse, an orchard, a swimming-pool (open from May till October). It’s a lovely setting to experience the peace and calmness of the country-side.
The house is suitable for a stay with 2 persons or even with 12 persons. Children are welcome. If the children prefer to camp, we have some tents, take an air mattress with you and they can have their own adventure. Would you like to discover the Lot or the nearby Dordogne area with beauty everywhere, little villages, tremendous views, winding roads, the steep slopes of the river the Lot and Dordogne, the vine-clad river valleys, oak and chestnut forests, gorges and canyons, mysterious caves, medieval villages (such as Domme, Sarlat, Cahors, st Cirq de Lapopie and Rocamadour); well, we have lots of suggestions and love to share them with you. If you prefer to relax, to taste the great ruby-red Cahors wine and the delicious regional cuisine which sets your digestion in harmony with the universe. More details for a stay at Le Magnolia Use of broadband connection, TV, DVD and CD player. Price is including duvets, pillows and sheets. Please take your own towels also for use at the pool. There are little facilities in the guest accommodation, a water boiler, coffee machine, fridge and all the things you need to prepare your breakfast such as glasses, crockery and cutlery. You’re free to use the barbeque and the summer kitchen. We will do the washing up. There is a possibility to have diner with us, prepared by us. For adults the price will be € 24 and for children (till the age of 12) € 15. Prices are included aperitif, wine, beer, sodas and coffee or tea. Please let us know at least 1 day in advance. Also if you prefer to participate in a cook workshop. We don’t allow animals nor smoking. We expect you to leave the house behind tidy and clean, also let us know if there are breakages or damages. Your reservation will be definitive as soon as we have received your down payment. In case of cancellation we want you to know that the down payment is a non-refundable deposit. We are on site to give you all the information you need to have a pleasant stay. More persons are welcome, we know some nice places to stay at short distance.
